It is about 6 years now since you installed several stone retaining walls and constructed extensive landscaping to our lake home. Dear Sue:

Just a quick note to thank you all at North Star Landscaping & Garden for the beautiful and professional work you’ve done at our Hayward lake home over the past few years.

Our trees look great, and the new shrubs in the front of our house look perfect – what a difference the right plantings have made around our house – those shrubs in front were exactly what were needed to give the house a “finished” look!

The new brick sidewalk and patio were both installed on time, absolutely perfect – and what an improvement! We didn’t realize until the new sidewalk and patio were installed how much we’d appreciate them – the new step you built up to the existing deck has made it SO much easier for our elderly relatives to enjoy the deck and patio.

Rod’s communication skills are outstanding – he always let us know exactly what to expect, and when to expect it – which helped us a lot since we don’t live there full time.

On all of our projects, you’ve been just GREAT to work with – always professional, and always doing beautiful work.

Dear Dave,

Yesterday one of your crews headed by a guy named “Joe” came out to replace the almost dead Black Hills Spruce that I purchased previously from your center. I want to compliment your crew on the fine job they did.

Not only did they not mess my yard up, they left little evidence they had even been here. Joe was very accommodating and professional, and last, but not least, the new tree looks very nice. A tad shorter than the old one, but nice no less.
